Mr. Keiran W. Hutchison

Keiran W. Hutchison is the EY Regional Strategy and Transactions & Restructuring Leader for the Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Turks and Caicos. He has been with EY since 1999 and has more than 25 years of experience in leading projects in corporate and financial services reorganization and reconstruction across multiple jurisdictions. Currently, Mr. Hutchison is an appointee in Regulator, Court and private insolvency appointments in the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas, Bermuda and Nevis. He has provided restructuring advice to companies, funds and financial institutions in financial distress, and has led asset-management review and forensic investigation assignments. Mr. Hutchison is member of CIIPA, RISA (Cayman), INSOL, ABI and ARITA and is a Registered Australian Official Liquidator. He received his Bachelor?s degree in business and a post-graduate degree in advanced accounting from Queensland University of Technology
