Mr. David Yager

David Yager is the national leader in MNP, LLP's Oilfield Services group in Calgary, Alta., which provides indepen- dent accounting, consulting and tax services to private and public companies. He focuses on providing strategic, operational, technical and management expertise in the oilfield services sector to MNP service providers and clients, and has extensive management, corporate finance, business development, media and communication experience. Mr. Yager has a strong interest in the oil and gas markets and policy and their impact on the oilfield services industry, and has bought businesses, built new companies and organizations, and commercialized new business models and technologies for 33 years. He has also founded three large public companies, acquired more than 35 private businesses, and executed and/or participated in two multiple public company mergers, one public company unsolicited takeover and two public company take-private transactions. In addition, he has 25 years of public company experience as an officer and director, and has executed and/or participated in hundreds of millions of dollars in public- equity financings, debt-capital financings, and private and public company mergers, acquisitions and privatizations. Mr. Yager received his DNF from the University of Alberta.
