Ms. Jennifer H. Pincus

Jennifer H. Pincus is a trial attorney with the Office of the U.S. Trustee in Portland, Maine. Previously, she was a shareholder and director of Perkins Thompson, P.A., where her practice focused primarily on bankruptcy law and commercial litigation. Ms. Pincus is co-chairs the Maine State Bar Association's Bankruptcy & Reorganization Section, as well as the Maine Credit Abuse Resistance Education (CARE) program. She practiced in Washington, D.C., New York City and Manchester, N.H., prior to moving to Maine. Ms. Pincus received her B.A. from Ithaca College and her J.D. from Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 1999.
