Mrs. Jessica A. Lewis

Jessica A. Lewis is Of Counsel at Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson, Portland, Maine, where she focus- es on the representation of debtors, creditors and other constituents in the context of workouts, litigation and chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases. She also represents regional and national parties to executory contracts, preference defendants, claim-objection litigants and prospective acquirers of distressed com- panies and their assets in chapter 11 cases. Ms. Lewis is a member of ABI and the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. She received her B.A from Bowdoin College in 1998 and her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2006.
