Mr. Dylan G. Trache

Dylan Trache is a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, where he focuses his practice in bankruptcy and financial restructuring. He has experience representing chapter 11 debtors, bankruptcy trustees, major creditors and other parties in business bankruptcy cases in many industries, including mass media, legal services, aviation, retail, manufacturing, and food and beverage. Mr. Trache also has experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in avoidable preference, fraudulent conveyance, claim objections and other bankruptcy litigation. In addition, he has represented asset buyers and sellers in § 363 sales. Mr. Trache has been Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Lawby the American Board of Certification since 2007. He is a member of ABI and the Northern VirginiaBankruptcy Bar Association, and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, The Legal 500 US, and in Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers for 2014-15. Mr. Trache received his B.A. from the St. Mary?sCollege of Maryland and his J.D. from George Washington University School of Law, where he served on the George Washington International Law Review.
