Benjamin F. Mann is a partner in the Kansas City office of Husch Blackwell LLP, where he has prac- ticed for nearly 40 years. He is the founder of his firm's bankruptcy practice and served as managing partner of the Kansas City office for nine years. Mr. Mann is nationally recognized for his expertise in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights. He regularly represents debtors, creditors, trustees and buyers in bankruptcy actions and has represented clients in a variety of debtor/creditor disputes outside of bankruptcy in federal and state courts across the country. Mr. Mann is a frequent presenter at CLE programs on bankruptcy-related topics, and he is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and an ABI member. He also sits on the advisory board of the Midwestern Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Mann received his undergraduate degree in 1973 from the University of Kansas and his J.D. in 1976 from Columbia Law School.
