Ms. Rebecca A. Roof

Rebecca A. Roof, CPA, CIRA, CMA is a managing director with AlixPartners LLP and local market leader of its Houston office. She leads complex client engagements and has an extensive background in providing advisory and C-suite interim management services for underperforming companies in a broad array of industries such as life sciences, exploration and production (E&P), oil field services (OFS),health care, consumer, automotive, chemicals and manufacturing. Ms. Roof is on the advisory boards of Texas Wall Street Women and Peach Outreach and is a member of the United Way Women?s Initiative in Houston. She was a 2013 winner of Consulting magazine?s Women Leaders in Consulting and in2014 received the TMA?s Turnaround of the Year Award for her work at Kodak. In 2017, the HoustonBusiness Journal named her ?A Woman Who Means Business.? Ms. Roof received her B.S. in business administration and B.A. in geology from Trinity University.
