Hon. Charles E. Sketch Rendlen

Hon. Charles E. ?Sketch? Rendlen, III is a U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri in St. Louis, appointed to a 14-year term on May 23, 2006. He was also appointed as a pro tem member of the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel in August 2010 and served as a member of the Eighth Circuit Judicial Council. Judge Rendlen previously was in private practice as a litigator for 28 years and served as the firm?s managing partner for 13 years. In June 2003, he was appointed by the Attorney General to serve as a U.S. Trustee for Region 13, which is comprised of Arkansas, Missouri and Nebraska. Judge Rendlen\ngraduated magna cum laude from William Jewell College in 1972 and received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1976.
