Ms. Lisa B. Neimark

Lisa B. Neimark is a managing director in the Restructuring practice of Duff & Phelps Corp. in Chicago and has more than 20 years of leadership experience providing mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and recapitalizations, business and strategic planning, valuation, and capital market-related services. She has worked extensively with management, boards of directors, debtors-in-possession, secured lend- ers, bondholders and trade creditors, and has participated in many nationally recognized restructurings, customizing transactions to the existing business facts and implementing business planning strategies to maximize stakeholder value in the context of restructuring negotiations. Her engagements include Budget Rent a Car, Continental Airlines, Franciscan Sisters Service Corp. of Chicago, GenCorp Inc., Kellwood Co., KidsPeace, Kmart Corp., Marsh Supermarkets Inc., Mercy Hospital & Medical Center, Navistar International Inc., Spartan Stores, The Pacific Lumber Co., Thorek Hospital, USG Corp., Ven- ture Industries Inc. and Wabash National. Previously, Ms. Neimark was an executive director in the Re- structuring Advisory practice of Capstone Advisory Group, LLC and a member of Valuation Services, LLC. She joined Capstone from Neimark Capital Advisors, LLC, where she was the founding managing director. She was also with Macquarie Securities, Inc., where she was a senior member of the invest- ment banking and restructuring practice, and spent 18 years with its predecessor firms, Giuliani Capital Advisors and the investment banking subsidiary of Ernst & Young, where she led domestic and cross- border restructurings and recapitalizations for a variety of companies across various industries. Ms. Nei- mark holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses and has been a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, ABI, Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors, Turnaround Management Association, International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation and the Executives' Club of Chicago. She received her B.S. in accountancy from Indiana University School of Business.
