Mr. Neil Luria

Neil F. Luria, CIRA is president of SOLIC Capital Advisors, LLC in Winter Park, Ill., and leads SOLIC?sRestructuring and Distressed Asset Support Services divisions. He has experience negotiating and structuring acquisitions, divestitures and structured settlements, overseeing asset liquidations and restructuring leases. Mr. Luria has structured and overseen the successful disposition of more than 250 business units, with a particular emphasis on the health care, financial services, real estate, business services and distribution industries. In addition, he has overseen operating and capital restructurings as CRO. Mr.Luria has been involved in the restructuring and sale of numerous physician practice, dental practice and health care services management companies, including Dimensional Dental Management (DSO), BMJMedical Management (musculoskeletal PPM), OMNA Medical Partners (musculoskeletal PPM), Physician Health Corp. (multi-specialty PPM), Response Oncology (Oncology PPM), Orthodontic Centers of America (orthodontic DSO), Dental Care Partners (DSO), ReachOut Healthcare (pediatric-focusedDSO) and Regional Diagnostics (imaging centers). In addition, he has served in various fiduciary roles, including CEO/CRO/Trustee roles at ANC Healthcare, SMHA Healthcare, Louisiana Medical Center &Heart Hospital, PBI Regional Medical Center, Meridian Surgical Partners, SageCrest Finance, Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., Ocala Funding, LLC and Mortgage Lenders Network USA. He also has sat on numerous boards of directors, including Spectrum Diagnostic Imaging, LLC, an operator of diagnostic imaging centers, and Stampede Meats Inc., one of the largest domestic meat processors. Previously, Mr. Luria was president of BMJ Medical Management Inc., an operator of ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers and physician practices. He oversaw the company?s liquidation efforts, which realized a 100 percent recovery to its senior secured Lenders. Prior to BMJ, he practiced law at JonesDay Reavis & Pogue, which included the representation of venture capital and leverage buyout funds in connection with their portfolio investments, related add-on acquisitions and subsequent divestiture transactions. In addition, he was involved in numerous securities offerings ranging from global initial public offerings to private placements. Mr. Luria is FINRA Series 63 and 79 licensed. He received hisB.S. in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. from BostonUniversity School of Law, where he served on the Boston University Law Review.
