Brad Erens

Brad B. Erens is a partner with Jones Day in Chicago, where he oversees its Business Restructuring & Reorganization Practice. He focuses his practice on corporate restructurings, workouts and bankruptcy matters, and he has substantial experience in representing companies, bank groups, other secured and unsecured creditors, committees, asset-purchasers, and other interested parties in a wide variety of re- structuring matters. He received his B.A. summa cum laude in 1988 from Yale University and his J.D. in 1991 from the University of Chicago, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.
