Mr. John Tittle

John Tittle, Jr., CPA/CFF/CGMA, CTP, CIRA, CDBV currently serves as Founder and President of Tittle Advisory Group, Inc. (TAG). TAG is a management and advisory firm specializing in bankruptcy advisory, restructuring, and financial consulting. With over 35 years of experience, John is a seasoned professional in his field. Throughout his career, he has provided services in bankruptcy advisory and reorganization, helped secure debt and equity capital, played key roles in merger and acquisition activities, conducted thorough due diligence, performed sales of distressed assets and businesses, conducted business valuations and solvency opinions, and offered expert testimony and litigation consulting services. \n \nMr. Tittle has had extensive experience in reorganization activities, bankruptcies, turnaround engagements, valuation, and corporate finance. His versatility is evident as he has taken on various roles such as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Restructuring Officer, Trustee, Keeper/Receiver, financial advisor, accountant, and consultant. Over the years, he has been engaged in numerous cases where he has provided his knowledge and testimony on recharacterization issues, accounting and financial matters, damage calculation projects, valuation and solvency issues, and other legal proceedings in a bankruptcy context. \n \nThroughout his career, John has also earned several prestigious certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), and also holds the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designations from the American Institute of CPAs, as well as the Certification in Distressed Business Valuation (CDBV) from the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors. As a testament to his knowledge and experience in the industry, John is a 30th Anniversary Circle Member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and served on its Board of Directors for 15 years, including a four-year term as Treasurer. \n \nJohn's educational background includes a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
