Ms. Caralyce M. Lassner

Caralyce M. Lassner is the principal of Caralyce M. Lassner, JD, PC in Flint, Mich., and Of Counsel toKaren E. Evangelista, PC. She is a former partner in the law firm of Scarletta Lassner, PLC, and a former associate of the law firms of Thav, Gross, Steinway & Bennett and Acclaim Legal Services. Ms. Lassner has been practicing law for more than 15 years in the areas of bankruptcy, family law, general civil and contract litigation, administrative law and estate planning. She is a regular presenter on continuing education topics locally and regionally, and she was recently re-elected to a six-year term on the Consumer Bankruptcy Board of Directors. She is a former co-chair of ABI?s Consumer Bankruptcy Committee. Ms.Lassner received her Bachelor?s degree in technology and interdisciplinary studies from Wayne State University in 1997 and her J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2000.
