Mr. Gregg M. Galardi

Gregg M. Galardi is a partner with Ropes & Gray LLP in New York and is a renowned restructuring attorney with broad global experience. He has represented some of the most well-known debtors and distressed borrowers in the world, in a wide variety of industries. He also serves the firm's sponsor client base and portfolio company clients in distressed M&A and special situations. Mr. Galardi has garnered significant accolades for his work, including recognition as a "Star Individual" by Chambers & Part- ners. In 2013 and 2014, the Global M&A Network honored him as one of the Top 100 Global Restructur- ing and Turnaround Professionals. Mr. Galardi is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy. He formerly served as an adjunct professor at Vanderbilt Law School and is a frequent speaker on chapter 11 issues. Mr. Galardi received his B.A. cum laude, his M.A. in economics and his Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania, and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, where he served on the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
