
Mr. Nicholas D. Tally
Nicholas D. Tally is executive vice president at Wilmington Trust in Minneapolis. He previously was responsible for business development and transaction management for its Global Loan Agency service. Mr. Tally has decades of experience in the corporate trust industry. Prior to joining Wilmington Trust in 2008, Mr. Tally was a vice president and manager of the Specialized Products Group in the Corporate Trust Services division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. He has represented lenders and bondholders in con- nection with numerous bankruptcies and restructurings, including Texas Competitive Electric Holding Co., Arch Coal, Blockbuster Video, American Apparel, Magnetation, Indian Toll Road, Eastman Kodak, Puerto Bahia, Galey & Lord, ITC DeltaCom, Horizon Natural Resources, American Plumbing, Merid- ian Automotive, TOUSA, Movie Galley, Nybron, Star & Tribune, Neff Corp, Intermet Corp, Northeast Biofuels and Fontainebleau. He has also overseen the administration of liquidating trusts established in connection with Tech Squared, JMXI, SLI Lighting and Silicon Graphics, as well as the Dow Corning Breast Implant Litigation Trust. Mr. Tally has spoken on such topics as second-lien credit facilities, re- ceiverships and liquidating trusts for American Bar Association, ABI, the Turnaround Management As- sociation and AIRA. He received his B.A. in political science in 1990 from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2001.
